I have been bringing my pets here for many years. Staff are friendly and helpful and above all, know what they’re doing. They go above and beyond to offer the best of care and lots of empathy to animals and humans alike. I would highly recommend.

First impression on the phone got me sold. The staff i spoke with joked and laughed with me and was very friendly. That is what customer service is all about. She made me so comfortable to bring my Yorkie (Ferrari) to them. Let’s also talk about the wait time to see the Vet. Extremely short. They don’t keep you sitting down endlessly waiting. The Vet also spent enough time assessing your pet and explaining their findings as they go. Suggestions were provided with commendations given when due. I love this place!.
I am new in Brantford and finding a pet clinic who accommodates you on a same day appointment, and full of friendly people is very rare.

When my regular vets office haven’t been there for us since new ownership I called Fairview Pet Hospital. What an amazing place filled with amazing employees. We couldn’t have been treated any better in our time of need. They hadn’t ever met us and THEY made time for us in our time of need. From the first phone call to leaving the building

The staff at this clinic are more compassionate and caring than any I’ve ever encountered. The past few months have been very difficult for my poor pup, but Dr. Hickey, Dr. Mann and the amazing supporting staff helped me and Bella through the toughest moments, including her final visit this week ❤️ They are extremely transparent about their treatment plan and prognosis, and advocate greatly for their pet clients to make sure they are comfortable and healthy. I would absolutely recommend Fairview Pet Hospital to anyone who asks. Thank you to the amazing staff for helping us through what could have been a much more difficult and emotional process, and for all your support and love for me and my furry best friend.

Brought my 11 week old pup in for her second set of shots and I’ve never had a better experience at a vet. Dr. Matt was very personable, open to answering any questions and willing to work with us through a raw diet although he isn’t too fond about it. He was on the floor with my pup and so friendly & gentle with her! I will be switching my 6YO pup to this clinic when he’s due for a check up. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more.

I have previously recommended Fairview Pet Hospital to a couple of people, and now my daughter takes her Corgi there.
I find Dr Brill to be such a compassionate person.
In fact everyone in the office is very kind, helpful and all share their love of animals!

BEST EXPERIENCE AT A VET EVER ! My 6 month old puppy got into a bunch of chocolate in my room I called Fairview clinic and they were all booked up for the day however said if no one else could see us they would see my puppy and make sure he’s okay . I called a few other places in town and they were all booked up I called the clinic back crying like a baby after asking me a few questions they said to bring him in right away and gave him the best care I’ve ever seen a vet give to an animal. They were so kind and compassionate my puppy was 100% comfortable with them and they gave me all the information I needed to make sure he’s cared for after I left their clinic. My baby is back to him normal gremlin self I can’t stress how thankful I am for everyone at Fairview pet hospital !!

Dr. Hickey has made our experience with our pets smooth, compassionate concerned, and thorough.
She took time out her Friday night to call and check on Fonzy and let us know when to take him to the emerg vet.
She went above and beyond in my opinion.
Plus the clinic never smells and is very clean.
They give you reminders if you choose. You can book appointments online. They follow up on any testing done. They are always very polite on the phone.
So glad we found this gem!
Update! This clinic has been the best in my books. They got Lily in the same day for x rays after she had her pups early in May 2022. To ensure she had them all. They explained what to expect and what to be concerned about. We could not ask for a better Vet.

After many years with another vet practice in the city, we moved our 7 fur babies to Fairview. We just weren't satisfied with the care we were getting there, much less the feedback we received from our daughter who volunteered there and saw a different picture behind the scenes from the one presented in front.

Our one cat has diabetes that hasn't been managed after several years at the other clinic. Just a few weeks here and a change of food to something he actually eats and he in remission! Two other fur babies have had ongoing issues that repeated visits elsewhere didn't find it resolved. Yet at Fairview they were found and resolved after the first visit. The care, follow up calls and compassion shown by Dr. Brill and Dr. Hickey have shown that they care about their patients and not just the bottom line. Both are easy to talk to and ask questions, and answers are provided clearly and compassionately. We never received such good care elsewhere. We and our fur babies are so glad we've found this well loved practice, and these caring doctors. We highly recommend them!!

We moved from our old clinic to this one about 3.5 months ago and it was the best decision we made for our pet. He was a senior cat with health conditions and we received the most amazing and compassionate care. Dr. Hickey was so kind and genuinely cares about her patients, she goes above and beyond what you would expect. The staff is so welcoming, I never felt like a bother even though I was calling so frequently.

Sadly we lost our boy, and through that they were kind, compassionate and let us set the pace of that appointment. I honestly couldn't have asked for better care for our boy and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
